We stand behind everything we sell. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, return it within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund 100% of your order total (items, tax, and any original shipping) once the return arrives at our facility. No restocking fees.

How to Start a Return (RMA Required)

  1. Email support@buyworleys.com with your order number and the item(s) you’re returning.

  2. We’ll reply with simple return instructions and an RMA (return authorization) number.

  3. Customer pays return shipping. Please use a trackable service and keep your receipt.

Items sent back without first requesting an RMA may be delayed.

Condition of Returns (Opened/Used Is Okay)

Send items back in the condition you received them and include all parts, accessories, and packaging when possible. Opened/used items are still eligible for a full refund under our 30-day guarantee. For liquids, please re-seal caps and bag items to prevent leaks in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item (14-Day Window)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@buyworleys.com within 14 days of delivery with a brief description and photos. We’ll make it right—typically with a free replacement or a prepaid return label and full refund.

Need a different item? The fastest method is to return the original (per above) and place a new order.

Refunds

As soon as your return arrives at our facility, we’ll issue a refund for 100% of your order total to your original payment method. Most refunds post within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Product & Shipping Safety Notes

  • Our products are not hazardous or flammable.

  • For liquid returns, tighten caps and place items in a sealed bag, pad well, and use a sturdy box to comply with carrier guidelines.
