Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we transfer products to the carrier.

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsements. Your use is entirely at your own risk and subject to third-party terms. Future features or tools we add will also be part of the Services and subject to these Terms.

The Services may include third-party materials or links. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating such content and are not liable for any harm arising from your use of third-party sites or purchases. Our store is powered by Shopify. However, all sales are between you and Worley’s Wonder. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales or purchases made through our store. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your transactions with Worley’s Wonder.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product(s).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Worley’s Wonder, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from losses, damages, liabilities, claims, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, violation of law, third-party rights, or misuse of the Services. We may control the defense and settlement of indemnified claims at your expense; you agree to cooperate.

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full force, and the unenforceable portion will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted.

Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. These Terms, together with policies posted on the site (including the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Worley’s Wonder and supersede prior agreements.
